What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate a small team of housekeepers, setting the standard for quality and service
Ensure every job meets our high standards and client preferences
Mentor and support at-risk youth who join our team, helping them build skills for life
Step in and get your hands dirty when needed—lead by example!
Communicate with clients and handle feedback with professionalism
Help manage supplies and keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Experience cleaning homes or commercial spaces (hands-on, not just supervising)
Natural leadership skills—people look up to you!
A positive, motivational attitude (bonus if you love inspiring others)
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Willingness to work flexible hours (we’re 24/7 to meet client needs)
Spanish speaking a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do:
Proactively seek out new clients for our residential and commercial cleaning services
Build relationships with local businesses (especially motels) and community organizations
Present our service packages and explain how we stand out from the competition
Follow up with leads and close deals—helping us reach our revenue goals
Represent our brand with professionalism and positivity, in person and online
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience (any industry) is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and networking skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented—comfortable working independently
A positive, community-first attitude
Reliable, organized, and eager to help others
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus, but not required
Compensation & Incentives:
Commission-based pay: Earn 10–20% commission on every new client you bring in (with opportunities for higher rates as you grow)

Sales Agent Commission & Incentive Plan
At Truss the Process Housekeeping Services, we believe in rewarding hustle and results. Here’s how our commission and incentives work for sales agents:
How You Earn:

Commission on Every New Client:
Earn 10% commission on the total value of each new client’s first booking.

Tiered Commission Boosts:
- 15% commission for your 6th–10th client in a month
- 20% commission for every client after your 10th in the same month

Recurring Bonus:
If your client books a repeat cleaning within the first 3 months, you get a 5% bonus on each repeat booking.
Extra Incentives:

Monthly Bonus:
Hit 10 new clients in a month? Get a $200 cash bonus.

Team Bonus:
If the sales team hits a collective goal, everyone shares a bonus—because we succeed together.

Loyalty Bonus:
Stay with us for 6 months and earn an extra $300 loyalty bonus.
How and When You’re Paid:
