Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility:

The Truss the Process Housekeeping Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Los Angeles County, CA and surrounding areas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Truss the Process Housekeeping Services LLC (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sponsor:

Truss the Process Housekeeping Services LLC, 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069.

3. How to Enter:

To enter, complete the sweepstakes entry form at [https://www.trusstheprocessllc.com/sweepstakes](https://www.trusstheprocessllc.com/sweepstakes) during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) main entry per person. Bonus entries are available for following @trusstheprocess_housekeeping on Instagram, sharing the sweepstakes post to your Instagram story and tagging the Sponsor, and referring friends (who must list your name as a referrer on their entry).

4. Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes end November 13, 2025. Entries submitted after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

- Grand Prize: free Standard Cleaning Session (residential, up to 2000 sq ft; approximate value $200).

- Second Prize: $100 Visa Gift Card (Good as Cash)

- Third Prize: 20% discount on any cleaning package.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via phone or email within seven (7) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity:

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. Privacy:

Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy below.

11. Governing Law:

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
